Our heart extends beyond our city and to the world. We are called to advance the kingdom of God, so a big part of our vision is sending missions teams out to make a difference. We also give financially supporting local, national, and global missions organizations.
2027 MISSIONS TRIPS
As a church we are going on two missions trips in 2027: Nepal, Kenya, and Philippines. If you would like to learn more about how you can be a part and attend one of these trips, let us know by filling out the short form below.
Nepal
Dates: April 1st – April 13th 2027
Approx. Cost: $3,500
Description: For the adventurous mission trip goer! Ministering to school and local churches, as well as attending and assisting in local school/church projects and events. There is a potential to minister in a rural jungle regions as well. Serving conditions may include no running water/plumbing/electricity at times.
Dates: June 6th – June 15th 2027
Approx. Cost: $3,000-$3,500
Description: Ministry with local churches. There will also be mentorship and working with schools on carious projects (painting, etc.) giving assistance to a local orphanage, and ministry in some rural regions.
Dates: Early October
Approx. Cost: $4,000
Description: Praying and teaching with local churches, schools, and orphanages. Potential for jungle/rural evangelism.

Are missions trips safe?
New Heights Church values your safety and cares about international security. We have partners on the ground that are able to give us real time information about the location where they are living. Should they say it is not safe to have team members come, your Team Leader will reach out to you with next steps.
Do I fundraise for a missions trip?
We suggest that you use the ⅓ method – fundraise ⅓ of your trip expenses, pay for ⅓ of your trip expenses and trust God with the remaining ⅓! You will get instructions on how to set up a fundraising page. We encourage you to share this with your friends, family and colleagues.
Are there age requirements for missions trips?
Each missions trip has their own age requirements. Please see ‘Age Requirements’ for each team.
What should I know about Passports?
Getting a new passport or renewing an old passport is simple but it does take time to be processed by the government office; so, we would encourage you to start that process now if you are thinking about going on a missions trip.
